Hosting and Server Setup Fee
A server will be set up to host the Clients website. Consultant will setup email accounts and basic file structure. If Client does not have a Lunarpages account, Consultant will develop on the MediaPeoples server and transfer when development is complete.

Image Editing
Image editing encompasses the processes of altering images, whether they be digital photographs, traditional analog photographs, or illustrations.

Web Page Editing
Content will be added to the pages accordingly as it comes it from Client. Client will have a chance to approve each page accordingly. A rate of $25.00 maintenance fee per page will be billed after initial approval from Client.

Logo Design (includes banner)
In the case you do not have a prepared logo for web use, our graphic artists will produce a custom logo according to you specifications.

Newsletter
An integral part of communicating with your online audience, site memberships and newsletters provide you the means for continual and recurring contact with registered users.

Tier 1 HTML Emailer Contact Forms
A basic Contact form that will contain general information fields. This form will email to a specific email address approved by Client.

Tier 2 PHP/MySQL Contact Forms
An intermediate server side contact/newsletter system. Limited add/update/delete capabilities.

Tier 3 My/SQL Contact Forms
A complex form and lead gathering content and user management database. CRM (customer relational management) software is used to support these processes, storing information on customers and prospective customers. Information in the system can be accessed and entered by employees in different departments, such as sales, marketing, customer service, training, professional development, performance management, human resource development, and compensation. Details on any customer contacts can also be stored in the system.

Flash Music Player
A fully functional music equipped with an unlimited number of tracks. Fast forward, rewind, skip and pause, all can be implemented at Client's request. This player can server as a stand alone or integrated in the site according to Client's preference

Flash Animated Banner
Core top banner of website includes: professional Flash ads, Flash banners, Flash intros from photos and music.

Flash Photo Gallery
A custom photo gallery is typically the best way to organize photos and images on your site. The custom gallery also allows for more flexibility than a third party gallery and can be seamlessly integrated into your site.

Tier 1 Javascript Application
A javascript application that will provide easier navigation and functionality. Example: roll-over drop down menus, time/date, interactive form functionality.

Tier 2 Javascript Application
An intermediate javascript application that provides dynamic navigation and structure. Examples: database-driven menus, jquery thickbox, form validation.

Tier 3 Javascript Application
A complex javascript application that is integrated with PHP/MySQL to provide fully dynamic navigation and return results. This application will also provide the structure for any script on the site. Examples: Multiple script libraries, multi-functional dynamic database drive menus and/or content, etc.

Tier 1 Custom Template Design
A simple template consisting of HTML/CSS will constructed to house all content. Template will be constructed in such a fashion to account for all future expansion.

Tier 2 Custom Template Design
A template will be constructed from in house graphics using Photoshop/Firework to produce exported HTML .

Tier 3 Custom Template Design
A custom template will be constructed that will house the website. This template will be graphically rich and eye pleasing including animated Flash/AJAX and/or DHTML navigation. Navigation can be dynamically driven from database if needed for particular functionality. If the initial concept template is unsatisfactory the Client will have the opportunity to redesign template in the beginning phase if deemed necessary. Once an approved look for the template has been approved the other phases can begin.

MySQL / MyPHPAdmin Setup
This is the most crucial part of the database implementation phase. During this phase we will be creating the database that will store your inventory. This will include creating a mirror image database of your current inventory database if needed. In order to make any of the desired functionality work on a new server, we will require these two programs - MySQL / MyPHPAdmin. These programs will allow us to transfer text files from your current database to your new database with ease. This will show us the structure of your current database and help to ensure that all required fields are accounted for. MySQL / MyPHPAdmin has become standard with most hosting companies, however, there will be initial setup procedures we must undergo to transfer databases. Another variable that will affect the number of hours is the unfamiliar server environment and settings that may have to be adjusted to guarantee proper permissions. Lunarpages Hosting includes these services free and ready to use. Manual installations of these services on servers that do not have them will require additional cost. Additional installation costs will not apply with Lunarpages hosting services.

FTP Setup Content Delivery
An FTP site will be set up for the on Client's Hosting Server. This will allow for transaction of all media through a secure Client to Consultant portal.

Teir 1 PHP/MySQL Application
PHP will be included to provide certain functionality and connect to database. Example: custom email setup script, simple inventory display, editable contact pages.

Teir 2 PHP/MySQL Application
A PHP application will be added to provide dynamic database driven content navigation, and results. Example: blog, updatable photo galleries, etc.

Teir 3 PHP/MySQL Application
A complex custom application that will provide all functionality, content, results. This application can/will interact with any scripts and produce alternate functionality accordingly. Example: membership areas, admin back-ends, etc

SEO Implementation
SEO is a set of methods aimed at improving the ranking of the website in search engine listings. SEO is an integral part of any effective internet marketing campaign and requires special attention to detail because of its complexities. The primary goal of SEO is to increase both the number and quality of visitors to the website. Metatags will be established on each page to ensure proper searches from web bots. Google Analytics can also be included in this process. Proper site mapping will be installed for all major search engines (Yahoo, Google, MSN, etc.). Other social networking sites (i.e.: MySpace, Facebook, Digg, StubbleUpon, etc.) can be created managed and launched to help boost traffic. Social Networking management and other third party advertising sites will require additional arrangements between Consultant and Client.
